Egypt: liberal Hazem el-Beblawi named as the new PM

In Egypt, interim president  Adly Mansour has named liberal economist and former finance minister Hazem el-Beblawi as the new leader transitional government.
Hazem el-Beblawi has been named yesterday (Tuesday the 10th) by the transitional authorities, whilst former UN nuclear agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei was appointed as deputy to the president, responsible for foreign affairs.

For RFI English, I spoke with Middle-East commentator Nabila Ramdani to analyse further those nominations and know more about Hazem el-Beblawi.
